The Mission Of The Andover Area Chamber Of Commerce
is to enhance economic prosperity for our businesses, encourage new enterprises, promote area tourism, and to support events and attractions that expand the quality of life in our unique community.
To achieve our Mission the Chamber undertakes these and other activities:
- Pymatuning Lake Festival
- People in the Park Concerts
- Student of the Month awards at Pymatuning Valley Local School
- Brenda Merrill/Chuck Thobaben Awards Program and Luncheon
- Simply Christmas
- Enhancement and Decoration of the Andover Public Square
- Promote parades and activities for Memorial Day, Independence Day and an Easter Egg hunt
- Organize displays of American Flags
- Provide a dynamic website which showcases events and members
- Distributes member brochures and information about events and local attractions
Membership Overview
With more than 100 members representing over 500 employees, the Chamber’s membership retention rate is nearly 90%, reflecting the strong affiliation that members have for the Chamber’s impact in supporting their business growth and increasing their networking opportunities.
Today, the Chamber is the largest nonprofit advocate for the Pymatuning area.

The Membership year runs from July 1 through June 30.
All Members are invited to Member meetings the second Wednesday of each month at 8 am in the Andover Public Library Brenda Merrill Meeting room! Non-Members and the general public are invited to come and see what we are doing!
